Nieuwegein, 19 December 2023 - Traditionally, December is the month when everyone reflects on the events of the year. The holidays are a time of reflection, togetherness, and gratitude. In our own way, we all take a moment to consider what we have achieved and contributed, sharing our experiences with one another. We, too, look back on the moments that left a lasting impression on our organization. Here are the various beautiful initiatives that we collectively supported.
Make-A-Wish: Liana's dearest wish fulfilled
A few months ago, the Make-A-Wish Business Challenge came our way. Various organizations take on the challenge of fulfilling the dearest wish of children with a critical illness. On Friday, December 8, 12 enthusiastic colleagues from our different brands went all out to fulfill the wish of 7-year-old Liana. Her greatest wish was to have a special day with her friends. The fact that we arranged this in such a short time and that Liana can now enjoy her special day in February makes us grateful for this opportunity.
In addition to the impressive day, we also participated in fundraising for Make-A-Wish. So far, we have received more than 160 donations and raised almost €10,000. We want to express our gratitude to everyone who has contributed, big or small. Those who still wish to contribute can do so through our personal Make-A-Wish page.
Other initiatives that inspired us
With the help of our colleagues, we discover new organizations each year that are dedicated to diverse causes. From powerful initiatives to local sports clubs, we find it important to help wherever possible.
One initiative that caught our eye is KUSSENMAKERS, a small group of creatives who use their sewing machines to make the world more beautiful. Since 2020, they have handmade unique products, with 100% of the proceeds going to Doctors Without Borders. We also assembled a team of soccer-loving colleagues to participate in The Zero Hunger Games soccer tournament. Here, we competed against 31 organizations for the victory, with the proceeds going to a new project in Mozambique by The Hunger Project. For years, we have been connected to two local sports teams that some of our colleagues dedicate their free time to: the women's soccer team Desto Dames 1 and the hockey team SCHC Dames 1.

Our daily efforts go beyond business
Every day, we ensure that organizations derive more value from their data. By contributing to various causes, we gain new energy and inspiration, enabling us to do our work even better. It is precisely these moments that make us realize that true value comes not only from data but also from creating a positive impact on the world around us.
We proudly look back on what we have achieved and eagerly anticipate what the future holds. Thanks to everyone involved, from colleagues to partners, for a wonderful year.
Every organisation has valuable data. however, not everyone makes optimal use of it. We help organisations increase their return on data, in every phase of the customer journey.
