INVICTA AND LYNQID MOVE FORWARD UNDER THE NAME INVENNA

Nieuwegein, Utrecht, January 21 2021 - The Data Agency announces today the integration of its subsidiary brands Invicta and LynqID. They will continue under one brand name: Invenna. The Customer Data Platform of Invenna connects customer data and creates a unique and up-to-date 360 degree customer view, available for insight, analysis and marketing automation.

Following the acquisition of Invicta by The Data Agency in August 2020, the Invicta and LynqID brands are now being merged into one brand with its own identity. "The acquisition of Invicta last year was a first response to the growing demand for knowledge and services in the area of Customer Data Platform technology. We had already embarked on this path with the LynqID brand and with the acquisition we acquired the best software and additional knowledge. Bringing these two brands together creates a unique combination of Customer Data Platform software and consultancy", according to Frank de Beun, CEO of The Data Agency.

Adding value internationally
Pieter Hallewas, Managing Director of Invenna, moved with Invicta to The Data Agency in August 2020. He explains the choice for the merger: "We are looking forward to a new era in which Invenna can develop even faster. Both technically and functionally. The choice to continue under the name Invenna offers greater strength and makes it possible to add value to the (marketing) processes of our customers, also internationally." Several Dutch organisations like Robeco, Mediahuis, KWF Kankerbestrijding and Museumvereniging rely on Invenna's services.

A unique solution for truly data-driven business
Through the integration The Data Agency combines the strengths, services and knowledge of the two brands. Specialisms as unlocking data sources, applying artificial intelligence and the automated management of online and offline content are further integrated into Invenna. In addition, Invenna is the first Customer Data Platform in the Netherlands that unlocks both first-party data and additional data. This means that the national segmentation data of GeoMarktprofiel and data quality solutions of EDM are directly available from Invenna. By combining the Invenna software with the knowledge and data of the other brands, organisations will be able to do better and more efficient data-driven business.
